We’re thrilled to launch our 100 Cups of Coffee campaign! This initiative creates spaces for honest and authentic conversations where every voice is heard and valued.
ITAC's mission is to increase awareness of and reduce youth substance use within the community and enhance communication between parents, youth, educators and residents, while utilizing data to drive prevention efforts, promote education, and provide access to resources. Having deliberate conversations to hear voices in our community allows for those closest to a problem to share their own wisdom, strengths, and ideas to address the needs of the community. This allows for voices not always heard at decision-making tables to not only share ideas, but be a part of creating the solution that better aligns with community needs. It is through these conversations that new, more equitable solutions emerge that can best address the issue at hand and build resilience within a community.

How Can You Help?
Over the next two months, commit to meeting with 5 individuals of your choice (for coffee, or lunch or whatever you prefer!) to talk about ITAC, issues in the community and to seek volunteers to join ITAC. You can choose to talk to youth, parents, teachers, businesses, organizations, law enforcement – the sky is the limit.
You can use the prompts below for each "cup of coffee" and return what you learn to ITAC for collation, either by email, mail or in person. Submissions can also be made via the online form at the bottom. Pick up of paper forms can be arranged by contacting Alli, Sarah and Joanne at [email protected]
For your convenience, there is a PDF version of the 100 Cups Initiative available to print below the questions.
